REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy is provided by “MATH23 LLC” trading as “True Medicine University” (hereinafter “TMU”), and should be read, understood, and accepted by all users of this website: https://truemedicineuniveristy.com (hereinafter “The Website”), before making any purchase or attempting any transaction on The Website.

CANCELLATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

All sales are final. No payments will be refunded. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not access the event you have paid for (hereinafter “The Event”) from The Website, you are still responsible for payment. In no event shall TMU be obligated to refund all or any portion of any ticket fees, or make reimbursements to any losses sustained as a direct result of conduct by the user that negates their ability to participate in what was otherwise made available to participate in.

If TMU is prevented from carrying out its obligations as they may pertain to The Event you paid and  registered for, as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such that the event cannot be conducted “virtually” because of a software issue or issue with the hosting platform, or due to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) TMU shall have the right to immediately terminate The Event without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to its Customers.  If The Event is terminated due to a Force Majeure occurrence before the first day of The Event, then TMU will reschedule, and your ticket fee will be applied to the rescheduled Event.

REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION

Once you have completed the checkout on The Website, you will receive your order confirmation and ticket details by email. Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly at the Checkout. Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of your TMU email(s) are caught by spam filters.

All Customer’s will receive essential information for and about The Event electronically at the email address and mailing address that was provided at the checkout on The Website.

In addition, you will also be added to the TMU participant list for notifications of future events and related information.

If you would like to opt-out of any of these benefits, a link is provided in each email to provide the ability to opt-out and unsubscribe from these correspondences.

PARTICIPANT/ ATTENDEE REQUIREMENTS

Use of Likeness
By participating in a TMU event you acknowledge and agree to grant TMU the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally, to disseminate, in perpetuity such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to TMU includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.

Content
You acknowledge and agree that TMU, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of TMU, its events, products and services, including but not limited to, the TMU name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.  All event and event content shall be recorded and will be made accessible to you and all other paid ticket holders.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Limitations on Use
By registering to attend The Event or any event hosted and provided by TMU, you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your complimentary access link(s) and/or code(s), unless such transfer is granted by TMU. By registering for a free or paid ticket to The Event or any event hosted and provided by TMU, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access. If TMU determines that you have violated this policy, TMU may cancel your access, retain any payments made by you, and ban you from participating in any future events, products and services provided by TMU.

Disruptive Conduct
You acknowledge and agree that TMU reserves the right to remove you from the event, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder TMU or the enjoyment of the TMU content by other attendees. 

Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping. 
Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of any part of The Event, its Livestream Presentations or sessions.

ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE, REPRODUCTION, OR REDISTRIBUTION OF ANY CONTENT PROVIDED BY TMU IS EXPRESSLY AND STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: SCREEN RECORDING OR USING SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS TO RECORD ANY OF THE EVENT CONTENT FROM THE INTERNET, AUDIO RECORDING OF ANY CONTENT, REPOSTING, RESTREAMING, OR REBROADCASTING THE EVENT IN WHOLE OR PART ON ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR VIDEO PLATFORM OR FOR A LIVE AUDIENCE. © TRUE MEDICINE UNIVERSITY.
